Observation Deck 

As Content and Community Manager at 360 CHICAGO, one of the city’s most iconic attractions, I lead creative content, design execution, influencer collaborations, and community engagement efforts that support the brand’s digital marketing strategy.

​

My work focuses on capturing the thrill of TILT, the atmosphere of CloudBar, and the unmatched views from the 94th floor of the former John Hancock Center, turning the observation deck into a must-visit experience for both tourists and locals.

​

Through storytelling, influencer strategy, and performance-driven creative, I’ve helped strengthen 360 CHICAGO’s presence across digital and traditional media while contributing to measurable business growth.

Advertising 
Campaign Creative

I develop the advertising visuals used across 360 CHICAGO’s Google, Meta, TikTok, and Out-of-Home campaigns, capturing the energy of signature experiences like TILT and CloudBar while showcasing the skyline in a way that motivates both tourists and locals to visit.

​

In 2025 alone, creative assets I produced were delivered more than 81 million times across digital platforms and supported over 37,000 online ticket transactions through the website, contributing to a blended 4X return on ad spend.

​

Beyond digital placements, these photo and video assets extend into summer billboards, airport screens, and transit campaigns, helping maintain a consistent brand presence across the city. Together, this work supports ticket sales, seasonal marketing priorities, and keeps 360 CHICAGO top of mind as one of Chicago’s most recognizable attractions.

Social Media & Community Management

I oversee the social media presence for 360 CHICAGO across six active channels, reaching an audience of more than 1.3 million followers. My role spans the full content lifecycle, from ideation and production to copywriting, scheduling, and publishing, all focused on capturing the skyline, seasonal moments, and the energy of the observation deck.

 

My approach centers on authentic storytelling and curated guest content, helping build a strong community that reflects Chicago’s culture and keeps audiences engaged year-round. Over the past three years, this social content has generated more than 600 million impressions and over 100 million engagements, contributing to 360 CHICAGO’s visibility as one of the city’s most recognized attractions.

Influencer &
Partnership Marketing

To strengthen brand awareness and cultural relevance, I help shape a multi-tier influencer strategy that brings together local Chicago creators and globally recognized talent. Collaborations with personalities such as IShowSpeed, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Cody Rhodes, Paddy Pimblett, Barstool creators, and Chicago Bears players contributed to significant spikes in follower growth, shares, and audience engagement across platforms.

​

I also support and help execute experiential activations including Sunrise Creator Meetups, weekly Sky High Yoga, and influencer networking events that position 360 CHICAGO as a premium cultural destination. These experiences deepen creator relationships, generate high-quality content, and help sustain long-term brand momentum.

Design & Brand Development

When 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck rebranded as 360 CHICAGO: A Magnicity Experience, I was part of the internal team that collaborated with an external agency on the new brand direction. While the core identity was developed by the agency, I contributed feedback throughout the process and helped guide how the updated brand would translate across on-site and digital environments.

​

Once finalized, I led the rollout across more than 100 signs and branded assets to align with Magnicity’s global identity. This included refreshed website graphics, digital display slides, menu designs, stanchion and directional signage, and elevator wraps that brought the elevated look and feel to life. Across print, digital, and in-person touchpoints, the focus was on creating a cohesive, modern brand experience that aligned with Magnicity’s global vision.
